Aristotle Circle uses commercially reasonable measures to maintain information about customers and experts and their Aristotle Circle usage in a secure environment. This information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Aristotle Circle does not disclose any information about any subscriber’s usage of Aristotle Circle, except to enforce the terms of our subscriber agreements or as required by law.
Aristotle Circle primarily collects certain information from and about its users two ways: from our Web server logs and directly from the users themselves.
Web server logs: When you visit our Site, we may track information to administer the Site and analyze its usage. Examples of information we may track include:
- your Internet Protocol (IP) address
- the type of browser or computer you use, including information about your screen resolution, operating system, and whether or not your computer is Java enabled
- the referring website
- the city, state and/or country from which you accessed the Site

Personal information users give us: You will be required to provide certain personal information to us if you: purchase a consultation, send us comments, or request information from Aristotle Circle.
For example, if you are purchasing a consultation, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you which may include financial information to facilitate our provision of services and process payments. Any financial information we collect is used only to bill you for the products and services you purchased. If you purchase by credit card, this information may be forwarded to your credit card provider.
For other types of communications, we may ask for your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number. We may then contact you with information about other Aristotle Circle products and services.
